Nature of the information provided
The content of this site describes PT TWI's services, industry sectors and training programmes in general terms. It is provided for information only and is not engineering advice, an inspection finding, a fitness-for-service determination, a certification, or a recommendation on which any decision about a specific asset should be based. Engineering advice is given only under a written contract and within the scope, standards, assumptions and limitations stated in the relevant deliverable.
Descriptions of standards and methodologies referenced on this site, including API, ASME, CSWIP, BGAS and ISO documents, are summaries. The governing text is always the current published edition of the standard itself, issued by its owning body.
Training and certification
Training programme descriptions are indicative. Course availability, entry requirements, scheduling, assessment and certification are determined by the relevant awarding or certification body and by the applicable scheme rules in force at the time. Registration is subject to a separate agreement and to the terms of the awarding body. Booking, payment, transfer, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the registration confirmation issued for each course at the time of enrolment.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and current but give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the site will be available without interruption or error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the PT Teknologi Weldim Indonesia name and logo, is owned by PT TWI or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property law. Third-party names, standards designations and marks referred to on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond any relationship expressly stated on the site.
Project photographs published on this site are used with the permission of the relevant asset owner. They must not be copied, redistributed or reused.

The site may link to third-party sites and services, including WhatsApp. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT TWI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent District Court in Jakarta Selatan, unless the parties agree in writing to refer the dispute to arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
